The scheme comprises 40,525 sq ft and recently has been extensively refurbished with new lettings secured to Aldi and B&M on 15 year leases with no breaks. The property produces an annual income of £832,050 with 5 yearly RPI uplifts on the Aldi lease collared and capped at 1% and 3% per annum.
